The Collective Behind the Project
Individual Experience Behind the Collective
FCS-REG is a collective of architects, engineers, builders, and developers. Independently, members of our governing body bring experience as:
- Pre- and post-construction consultants, trained in scoping, sequencing, and closeout on real estate development projects from feasibility through delivery
- Vendors and trade partners, with direct hands-on execution experience across the construction process
- Project managers, overseeing budget, schedule, and stakeholder coordination on active developments
- Project administrators for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), bringing institutional-grade reporting, compliance, and asset oversight discipline to how we run a deal
Sherrouse Commons is where that individual experience comes together as a single collective track record.
